Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which refunds may be issued for professional report services ("Services") provided by Treibh ("Company") in consideration of the total fee of € 2,500 ("Fee").

1. General Policy

By commissioning the Services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Policy. Due to the customized and labor-intensive nature of the Services, refunds are subject to the following provisions:

 

2. Cancellation and Refund Terms

a. Cancellation Prior to Commencement of Work
If the Client cancels the Services prior to any work being initiated, the Client shall be entitled to a refund of the Fee, less a € 250 administrative and processing charge, representing non-recoverable expenses incurred by the Company.
 

b. Cancellation After Commencement but Prior to Completion
If the Client cancels the Services after commencement but before completion and delivery of the final report, the Company shall retain:

  • € 950 – Non-refundable cost for contracted report writer

  • € 550 – Pro-rated office and administrative overheads


Maximum refundable amount: € 1000

c. No Refund After Delivery
Once the final report has been delivered to the Client, no refunds shall be issued. The Services are deemed fully performed, and the Fee is considered earned in full.

 

3. Dispute and Remediation

If the Client believes that the delivered report materially fails to meet the agreed scope of work, the Client must notify the Company in writing within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. The Company, at its sole discretion, may offer limited revisions or a partial refund not exceeding 20% of the total Fee, provided such issues are substantiated.

 

4. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
